Ball joint went out on my car leaving me stranded. Called Palmer, they quickly assessed the situation. Recommended Richards towing (also highly recommend). My car was picked up at 9:30 a.m. repaired by 2:00pm, completed quickly for less than originally estimated. Couldn't be happier. 5 stars!!! Good communication, fair estimate, quick repair, good work....can't say enough good things about them. Ty Palmer!

Sid and all of his staff are amazing people. Sid himself was an incredible person. We were passing through town and had a flat tire. After being towed to Palmers, we were told they didn't have the correct size we needed, but he was willing to have one installed if we bought it from Walmart. During the time we waited, he and his staff took the time to talk to me, my son, and our dogs. Everyone was so kind. I had the honor of hearing the story of Sid and Theresa's son, Logan. A story I'll remember forever, and I'm grateful Sid shared his memory with us. Once all was said and done, Sid refused to let us pay, or gift him any cash. He thanked us for our service, and we thanked him for his son's. I wish every mechanic was as kind and helpful as Sid and his shop.

I had a TPMS light come on in the rental car. Jesse put air in the tire and checked the other 3, but the one was still losing air. Sid Palmer was wonderful to work with - although he was unsure if a new tire would arrive in time before my departure, he offered me a good used tire and when they went to put it on, they found a nail right in the middle of my tread. Instead of changing the tire and charging me for it, they repaired my current tire and sent me on my way, saving me a bunch of money! I appreciate the honesty and wish I could use them as my local go-to car service center. Everyone was so kind and helpful. It was refreshing to experience that kind of customer service.

Excellent family own business. Everyone was very kind. I needed a quick tire repair to make it home to Ms on a Friday. None of the BMW dealers in the area had a tire in my size available until the following week. They repaired my tire and it held up for drive home. It probably could have held up alot longer, but as recommended, I went straight to my local dealership to get a new tire since it was so close to the side wall of the tire They did not charge me for this service, I would have gladly paid. They has excellent service and very quick and efficient. Highly recommend for people in the area or passing through if you have any needs.

I found great tires at great prices. They have hard to find sizes and even found me a mail in rebate. They have very good customer service and my wait time was very short. I enjoyed the experience !
